We strongly advise conducting a small patch test, diligently examining the instructions for use, and reviewing the list of ingredients before applying skincare products in their entirety, particularly for products where there is uncertainty about how your skin might respond.

It is important to acknowledge that individual skin types vary, meaning a product that is beneficial for one person may not be suitable for another and could potentially cause irritation. Regrettably, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for products once they have been opened and is not liable for any skin reactions that may occur. Should irritation arise, please cease using the product immediately and consult a healthcare professional for medical guidance.

Korean beauty products commonly display two significant dates on their packaging: the manufacturing date and the expiration date. These dates are typically accompanied by the following sets of Korean characters:

제조 = Manufactured date. For example, "02.22.22제조" indicates that the product was manufactured on Feb 22, 2022.

까지 = Good Until date. For example, "02.22.22까지" signifies that the product remains effective and can be used until Feb 22, 2022.

It is generally safe to use skincare products within 30 months from the manufacturing date if they remain unopened. Once opened, these products typically have a shelf life ranging from 6 to 12 months. However, it's crucial to note that different products may have varying expiration dates. Therefore, we advise thoroughly examining the product packaging to ascertain the precise expiry date.

Shipping is FREE for orders over $75. Alternatively, shipping is calculated depending on your province.

Yes, we offer Xpresspost shipping with Canada Post.

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

Depending on the shipping carrier and service utilized, it might take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours for the tracking reference to become visible.

If your tracking information still isn't functioning correctly 48 hours after your order has been shipped, please reach out to us. Our Customer Service Team will gladly investigate this matter for you!

It is recommended that you contact us immediately with changing your delivery address.

Please add URGENT in the subject title to help us process the change.

Although we make every effort to accommodate change requests before your order is shipped, please note that once an order has been dispatched and is in the possession of the carrier, we are unable to make any alterations to the delivery address. We recommend reaching out to the delivery carrier directly if you need to make such changes.

We recognize the importance of being updated on the status of your order!
When orders are placed, we generally will ship out within 1-2 business days.

We also have a cut off for same day shipping.
If your order was placed before 10AM PST, we will do our best to ship your order out the same day!

To ensure you're always informed, here’s our communication process:

Order Confirmation Email: Immediately after you place your order, we'll dispatch an order confirmation email to you. This email not only confirms your order but also includes a summary of your purchase and your unique order number.

Shipping Notification: As soon as your order is prepared and leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping notification email. This message will provide you with a tracking number for your package.

Order Tracking: With the tracking number we provide, you have the ability to monitor your package’s journey. You can either click directly on the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email or enter it on the website of the designated carrier for live updates about your delivery.

Should you have any inquiries or need further assistance regarding the status or tracking of your order, our Customer Support Team is ready and eager to assist you. Do not hesitate to reach out to us for any help you may need.

Due to our quick processing times, it is not always guaranteed that we are able to cancel or modify any orders.

In the event that you need to cancel or modify and order, we ask that you please send us an email.

Mistakes are bound to happen! We are all human.

Even with our diligent & efficient processing team, there is bound to be a hiccup here and there.

We apologize in advance if there are any issues with receiving incorrect items and ask that you please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Before opening your package, as a good measure of practice, we ask that you record your unboxing to help us resolve your matter.

We allow 14 days from the day your order is marked delivered by the courier.

  • Return shipping and handling fees, which must include a tracking number, will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns that are mailed back without a prior return request will not be accepted or may subject to longer processing times.

We will not accept any opened products for any returns or refunds.

However, if your product arrives with an issue, please contact us as we may be able to issue a credit for damaged goods.

It is recommended that you record the unboxing of your package to ensure the fastest support.

If we deem the damage to be suspicious or self caused, we will not issue a refund.

Once we receive your returned items, we'll promptly verify them and process your refund. You should receive an email confirmation of your refund within 1-2 business days of us receiving your return. Please be aware that while we process refunds quickly, it may take 2 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to show the refund on your statement.

Normally we do not however check back for occasional promotions.

Sometimes we will have exclusions to coupons and discounts.
However, if you have a credit in the form of a gift card or coupon, there will be no restrictions.

Unfortunately as the market is volatile and pricing is always subject to change, we cannot provide price matching services at this time.
