REFUND POLICY

You have a 14-day window from the date your order is marked as delivered by the courier to initiate a return for a complete refund, excluding any original shipping costs. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we encourage you to get in touch with us for a return request. For a return to be processed, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, with all seals intact. Upon verification of your item’s eligibility for a return, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed instructions on the return process.

  • Be aware that return shipping and handling fees, which must include a tracking number, will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns that are mailed back without a prior return request will not be accepted or may subject to longer processing times.

Damages and Errors Upon receiving your order.

if you notice any defects or if you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can address and rectify the issue. We are committed to your satisfaction.

  • It is recommended that you record the unboxing of your package to ensure the fastest support.
  • We have the right to refuse a refund or credit if we deem that the damage or issue of any product is suspicious or self caused.

Please be advised that we do not take responsibility for any damage that occurs to items during shipping.

Non-Eligible Items for Return

Items that are used, or whose seals are broken, are ineligible for a refund. Such items can be reshipped back to us however, the customer will have to do so at their own expense.

All items purchased on sale, using a discount code, or during a promotional event, as well as special orders and pre-orders, are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Price protection

We do not offer price adjustments for past orders if it exceeds 30 days. If you see that we have a product on sale soon after you have made your purchase, please send us an email and we can offer you a store credit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable for all orders. If your order, after discounts and before taxes, falls below our free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Should the order be returned to us due to reasons like incorrect shipping address or refusal upon delivery, the actual shipping charges (including for orders that qualified for Free Shipping) and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Refund processing times may vary by bank or credit card issuer.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is submitted and confirmed, it is considered FINAL unless someone on our support team was able to fulfill your request. Due to our quick processing times, there is a limited opportunity for order modifications before shipment.
