Currently, we ship only with Canada Post as historically they have been the most reliable courier service in Canada.

We do NOT ship internationally

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-3 business days for us to fulfill, pack, and ship it from our facility. The delivery standard begins after the order has been shipped.

Please note that our delivery partners may require an additional business day to process the package after it has been shipped. Delivery times may vary for remote delivery areas. Additionally, it’s important to be aware that postal services may experience delays depending on the season.

Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to become visible on our carriers’ systems after we’ve shipped out your order.

If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please ensure that the postal office accepts parcels. Please be aware that Dew Beauty will not be held responsible for undeliverable orders returned to us.

  2. Delayed due to inspection by local customs offices.
  3. Rejected by local customs offices.
  4. Delayed due to peak seasons for delivery carriers (e.g., holidays).
